Julia Hanon presents Vidasana

Julia Hanon has conquered the hearts of Parisian women. She is now expanding internationally with her new platform, Vidasana, which will soon be available to all those who want to join her lifestyle

 

Julia Hanon, a top-level gymnast since age 5, has found her path to wellness throughout her life. However, at age 17, she had to give up her passion for rhythmic gymnastics to focus on her studies, which left a void in her life. However, Julia decided to take charge of her life and discover new ways to find balance and meaning.

ā€œI was in search of personal well-being. So I did everything possible to take control of my life, starting with sports. However, I later understood, through a lot of research and enriching encounters, that nutrition also plays an important role in physical and mental well-being.ā€

 

 

He realized that sport played a vital role in his personal well-being, but he also became interested in nutrition and its impact on physical and mental well-being. An encounter with a world bodybuilding champion was a turning point for her, when she told him: “You are what you eat!” . This phrase resonated deeply with Julia and led her to make changes to her daily routine.

Motivated by her own transformative experience, Julia decided to share her knowledge and help others feel good in their own body and mind. She became certified as a personal trainer and became involved in the wellness field. With the aim of expanding her reach and helping more people, Julia has launched a new online platform called Vidasana.

 

Vidasana

This platform offers a wide variety of classes, from strength training, yoga, Pilates and cardio training, to exciting programs and challenges. The platform also has a section dedicated to nutrition, where users can access an application that calculates their nutritional needs and find recipes adapted to their goals and preferences.

In addition to classes and nutrition, it offers sports and wellness workshops, a blog with articles related to health and wellness, and promises exciting surprises that will stimulate and encourage users to take care of themselves.

This beautiful Parisian has big plans for Vidasana in the future, as she seeks to turn it into a brand completely dedicated to comprehensive well-being. Its objective is to improve physical health, reduce stress, strengthen self-confidence, develop discipline and motivation, encourage social interactions and contribute to people’s mental balance.
